About Natasha Kalif

As Paradigm Advisory's Operations Associate, Natasha Kalif fully leverages her diverse experience, robust skill set, and high professional standards to exceed the expectations of the team's transactions and contribute to its continuing success. Delivering world-class service on every level, Natasha's ability to synthesize even the most minor details with the big picture is evident in the quality of her work.

Natasha's first introduction to real estate was when she interned at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong during college and learned the commercial aspects of the business. After earning her business administration and finance degree from Gordon College, she launched her career as Assistant Manager for a Brooklyn-based property management company before being appointed to Chief Operating Officer. Concurrently, Natasha worked briefly for Compass as a licensed assistant on a seasonal basis. She shifted gears when Covid-19 impeded the housing market by pursuing another of her interests — fashion — and applied her operational skills to luxury brands Saks Fifth Avenue and Chanel.

Natasha responded to the real estate industry's gradual recovery by realizing it encompasses her multifaceted interests and deciding it was where she wanted to be. She was even more strongly positioned at this point thanks to her additional skills honored in the fashion arena. Furthermore, navigating that exclusive space underscored Natasha's ease in interacting with a high-profile and diverse clientele, as did her international upbringing and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Natasha draws from her personal strengths as much as her professional skill set, prioritizing loyalty, honesty, and dedication above all. Further cementing her growing leadership in today's international business environment is her business leadership certification obtained from New York University and her drive to be an integral part of one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world: New York.

Born and raised in Brazil, Natasha currently lives in Stamford, Connecticut. Her other passions include technology, learning new things, and the unique discoveries only a cultural mecca like New York offers, especially its art scene, fine dining, concerts, theaters, and museums. She also enjoys parks, beaches, or wherever nature is abundant and devotes much of her free time to her pets, including her dog, Biggie. An advocate and supporter of many causes, Natasha’s volunteerism includes All Stars Project and Amazon Outreach.
