After launching her real estate career in 2013, Sarah Riegle's continuous upward trajectory led her to become an integral member of Paradigm Advisory as an associate broker. Successfully closing transactions from Harlem to Battery City to most Brooklyn neighborhoods, Sarah has been indispensable in helping the team generate over $2.2 billion — and counting — in sales.
Sarah draws from her B.S. in psychology and post-baccalaureate degree in medical studies from Columbia University along with careers in public speaking, marketing, and veterinary technology to approach real estate from a practical and an empathetic perspective. Her sharp problem-solving and negotiation skills run parallel to her caring demeanor, integrity, and transparency to ensure a well-rounded client experience. Complementing Sarah’s technical skill set is her complex understanding of co-op and condo boards, 1031 exchanges, and investment acquisitions, as well as her access to an extensive network of professional resources. Her knowledge and expertise have attracted the attention of Brownstoner, Six by Six, and The Real Deal.
Sarah’s impact on her industry was apparent early in her career when she was named Rookie of the Year. She was also part of a number one sales team specializing in Brooklyn properties and later appointed senior managing director for two successful Brooklyn offices. But Sarah returned to her roots after missing the personal camaraderie with clients, which includes first-time buyers, growing families, and pied-à-terre seekers. The aesthetics of real estate is equally important to her, representing properties from townhouses and cast-iron lofts throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn to those with Central Park views. She notes the cast-iron style, like Smith Grey, as well as the Villages’ townhouses, Brooklyn’s brownstones, and The Mill’s loft conversion as just some of her favorites from her portfolio.
Sarah spent the earlier part of her life in the Chicago suburbs but lived throughout the Midwest and South during her childhood. She currently lives in Queens, where she owns a 1905 Ridgewood townhouse she is lovingly restoring. In Sarah's spare time, you could find her horseback riding, enjoying the jazz scene, traveling, or doting on her Great Dane, August.
