A founding agent of Compass, Scott, along with his partner, Mark Jovanovic, helped build the company from the ground up while growing a top-tier real estate team of specialized experts. Scott launched his real estate career on the development side and subsequently partnered with renowned developers during his brokerage years, including Alexico Group, Madison Equities, CIM Group, and SL Greene. He worked on multiple notable projects from implementation to fruition, including a ground-up construction at 378 Broome Street. From development to design to sales, Scott undertook an advisory and a hands-on approach while forging strong connections with interior designers, architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
